We want to thank you for visiting the Rose Hill Dentistry website. We want your first visit to be as comfortable as possible and informative of your dental needs. If you have any urgent dental needs causing pain or discomfort, we are able to address that first.
We will take the required time to review your past medical and dental history, take x-rays, conduct a thorough extraoral and intraoral dental exam, and from that, create a unique treatment plan for you that provides for your optimal dental health. Depending on the current health of your gums, we may be able to provide a cleaning at your initial appointment as well. However, there are instances where patients may benefit more from a deep cleaning, in which case, a second appointment will be needed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your initial appointment will consist of an examination and review of your treatment options. Please fill out our new patient forms and bring them with you to your initial appointment. This way our doctors and staff will have more time to assess your dental health and your dental needs.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist within the past year, if applicable.
- A list of medications you are taking.
- If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
If you have any questions about what else to expect at your first visit or if you would like to schedule an appointment with us, please do not hesitate to call at 425-822-4100 and we will be happy to assist you!
